Fall 2026 Programs

Physician Peer Coach Certification — Level 1

A 10-week live cohort program that gives physicians the coaching skills, the relational tools, and the community to become skilled peer coaches.

Format: Live on Zoom | 10 weeks | Small cohort | CME credits included

Starts: September 2026

Physician Peer Coach Training— Level 2

A 6-week intensive for physicians who have completed foundational coach training and are ready to go deeper.

For graduates of Level 1 Certification or physicians with equivalent coaching foundation training.

Format: Live on Zoom | 6 weeks | Small cohort

About Dr. Dianne Ansari-Winn

Dianne Ansari-Winn, MD, MPH is a board-certified Anesthesiologist, physician peer coach, and bestselling author of Doctor, Heal Thyself.

She is a pioneer in physician peer coaching and has been coaching physicians for the last 15 years.

Dr. Dianne founded The Physician Coaching Academy in 2018 in response to a request from a dear colleague who was creating a physician peer coaching program at their institution. She loves teaching new coaches as well as maintaining her own coaching practice.
